2. Analyse email copy with LLMs to determine if its a valid meeting suggestion or not
3. Filter only positive responses
4. Call the calendar agent to do the following
   1. Analyse the email copy to determine the time slots suggested
   2. Get the calendar events to check if the time is available
   3. Create a new meeting event on your calendar
   4. Send a notification to slack
